Who runs this

Brinimate is operated by LEOA at brinimate.com. For a privacy question, write from the same email you use with the site or the payment processor.

No accounts

There is no sign-up, login or profile. We do not ask for a name, email or password to use the editor.

What stays on your device

None of this is uploaded to our servers:

• Projects, drawings, audio and videos you export (rendering is local).
• Project copies in browser storage (IndexedDB), if you leave autosave on.
• Language preference.

Clearing this site’s data in the browser deletes that material. A remix link carries the dialogue in the URL itself; anyone with the link can open that scene.

What may leave your browser

• Analytics. We use self-hosted Umami at analytics.lugeefy.com: page views, button clicks and editor events (for example “export” or “generate skit”). It is not advertising. We do not sell that data.
• Voice (optional). If you generate voice, the dialogue text is sent to voice.brinimate.com to synthesize audio. Do not type anything there you do not want transmitted.
• Hosting. Cloudflare serves the static site and may see the request IP, like any CDN.
• Donations (when the Donate button is on). Payments are processed by Buy Me a Coffee, not Brinimate. They see what they need to charge (email, payment method, amount). A donation does not create a Brinimate account or unlock features.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. The editor uses local storage for the project and language. Analytics loads our own script; we do not embed social-network trackers.

Children

The editor is a creative tool in the browser. It is not built to collect children’s data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor sent us personal data (for example dialogue through TTS), contact us so we can delete records we control.

Retention

There is no user database. Analytics and voice-service logs are kept as long as needed to run and debug the service, not to build marketing profiles.

Your rights

Because there is no account, there is no “download my data” dashboard. You can stop using the site, clear local storage and block analytics with a script blocker. If you want us to look at a specific event tied to your visit, write to us.

If how we handle data changes in a material way, we update this page and the date above.
